Minister approves 44 mining permits in Port Moresby

Mining Minister Wake Goi on November 26 approved 44 mining permit applications, including exploration licenses, in Port Moresby. The 44 licenses include 18 extension licenses, five new grants licenses, three variations of proposal, four alluvial mining leases, seven new alluvial mining leases, six dealings transfer and one tribute agreement.
